在校大学生兼职现状调查研究——以河南科技学院为例

An Investigation of Part-time Job Status of On-campus College Students——A Case of Henan Institute of Science and Technology

为了分析大学生的兼职目的、兼职信息获取途径、兼职形式、兼职态度以及权益受损现象,对河南科技学院的学生进行了问卷调查,结果发现:兼职学生的人身安全没有保障,高校对大学生兼职管理缺失,兼职学生的自我保护能力差。为此建议学生增强自我保护意识,建议学校加强管理和引导,建议立法机关完善法律,建议用人单位履行社会职责,以引导和规范在校大学生的兼职行为。

To analyze the objectives of part -time job,the information acquisition channel of part -time job,part-time job forms,part-time job attitude,and the loss of rights,the author carried out an investigation in the students of HIST.It is found that personal safety of college students with part -time job is not guaranteed and lack of man-agement in colleges,and college students’ self-protection ability is poor.So the author advises students to enhance self-protection consciousness,the school to strengthen the management and guidance ,the legislative department to perfect the legislation,employers to perform their social responsibilities ,so as to guide and regulate the part -time behavior of college students.
