Financing Environment and Innovation Analysis of E-business:Take Shunde Foshan as an Example

调研顺德电子商务的发展状况和融资需求,分析电商企业的融资结构和面临的融资障碍,研究适合电子商务的融资创新模式,提出政府主导建立三大公共体系、遵循融资优序理论是优化融资环境的两大路径。同时为电子商务融资模式创新给出合理化措施建议。

A research was conducted on development status and financing analysis of e-business in Shunde. The current situation of e-business financing, the market demand and the bottleneck status of financing development are analyzed based on the research results. Three public systems led by the government and financing optimized theory should be adopted to optimize the financing environment. What＇s more, some constructive suggestions are proposed to improve the financing environment and innovation in Shunde.
