基于DEA方法的湘西民族地区财产保险市场绩效综合评价研究

Insurance Market Performance Evaluation of Ethnic Areas Property Based on DEA

选取2008—2012年湘西民族地区四大财产保险公司的数据,利用DEA方法对湘西民族地区财产保险市场绩效进行了评价,研究结果显示:从纯技术效率而言,人保财险、平安财险和中华联合三家保险公司具备完全纯技术效率,而中国平安却不具备纯技术效率。从规模效率而言,人保财险和中华联合两家规模报酬不变,而平安财产保险公司呈现规模报酬递增趋势,太平洋保险呈现规模保险递减趋势。

This paper selects four Ethnic Areas 2008--2012 property insurance company＇s data,the use of DEA method Ethnic Areas property insurance market performance was evaluated, the results show ： From a purely technical efficiency, the PICC, Ping An Insurance and China combined three insurance companies have completely pure technical efficiency,while China Ping does not have pure technical efficiency.From the scale in terms of efficiency, PICC and China combined two constant returns to scale, while Ping An Property Insurance Company presents increasing returns to scale trends, Pacific Insurance Insurance scale showing a decreasin trend.
