摘要
针对矿业生产溶解氧原位监测中,采用的氰化法导致矿浆腐蚀性强、干扰杂质多、无法进行长期原位监测等难题,设计了一种高精度、高抗干扰性、快速响应的原位溶解氧测量系统。系统具有防腐防磨的机械保护结构,基于荧光猝灭原理为基本方法,设计了精密光电检测交流放大和数字检相电路,通过多阶积分平均滤波完成相位偏差的测量方案。通过实地对比实验表明:系统检测精度高,响应时间快(检测时间小于等于30 s),抗干扰能力强,在恶劣环境中仍然可以长期稳定工作,可以实现矿业现场溶解氧的原位在线监测。
Aiming at difficult key problems of high corrosive, lots of impurities and difficulties for long-term monitoring in the field of dissolved oxygen concentration monitoring in mining production, a kind of in-situ dissolved oxygen detecting and system, which has high-precision, high anti-interference and quick response is designed. The system has mechanical protection structure of anti-corrosion and wear, and precise photoelectric detection AC amplifier and digital phase-detecting circuit is designed based on fluorescence quenching principle, phase deviation detection scheme is achieved by multiple order integral average filtering technology. Through field contrast experiments show that the system has high-precision, quick response (not more than 30s) and strong anti- interference capability, it can still work stably in harsh environment for a long-time, which can accomplish mission of dissolved oxygen concentration in-situ on-line monitoring in mining industry field.
