摘要
目的探讨骨化性气管支气管病（tracheobronchopathiaosteochondroplastica，TO）的临床特点、诊断及治疗。方法对我院1例TO病例进行报告，并文献复习，以加强对此病的认识。结果TO临床特征无特异性。胸部CT的敏感性和特异性均很高，在TO的诊断中起重要作用。支气管镜下取组织病理活检可见支气管黏膜下软骨和骨细胞的存在，即可确诊。结论TO是一种良性疾病，但因临床表现无特异性，易漏诊或误诊。气管镜下取病理活检可提高诊断的准确率。
Objective To investigate the manifestations, diagnosis, and treatment of tracheobronchopathia osteochondroplastica （TO）. Methods One case of TO was reported and related literatures were reviewed to enhance the knowledege of TO. Results TO was nonspecific. CT-scan was sensitive,specific, and important to diagnose TO. Through biopsy by flexible bronchoscopy, bone and cartilage cells under mucosa of bronchial tubes could be seen, then TO was diagnosed. Conclusions TO is benign,but easily misdiagnosed and missed. Biopsy can help improve accuracy of diagnosis.
