摘要 辅助性T细胞17(Thl7)是一种不同于Thl/Th2的CD4+T细胞,它们具有不同的分化和调节机制,并特异性地分泌IL17A(也称为IL-17)和IL-17F等细胞因子。许多研究发现Thl7细胞及其分泌的细胞因子主要介导炎性反应、自身免疫性疾病和变态反应等疾病的发生和发展。然而,最近一些研究发现Thl7细胞在肿瘤免疫中也起重要的作用。本文对Thl7在肿瘤免疫中的作用及其与肺癌关系的研究进展作一综述。 Thl7 ceils have been defined as distinct CD4+ T subsets from Thl and Th2 ceils, on the basis of their pattern of differentiation and regulation. Th17 cells are characterized as preferential producers of interleukin 17A (IL-12A) (also known as IL-17) and IL-17F. In the past few years, researches found that Th17 cells and their cytokines played roles in inflammation, autoimmunity, and allergic reactions. However,it has beer1 recently found that Thl7 cells play important roles in the tumor immunity. This review summarizes research progress on role of Th17 in tumor immunity and its relationship with lung cancer.
