摘要
花粉中的蛋白质和氨基酸是它的重要营养成分,含量非常丰富,花粉的蛋白质含量为7-40%,氨基酸含量为25%左右,见有18种氨基酸,其中有人体必需的8种氨基酸。文中尚例举笔者等测出的35种我国常见花粉的氨基酸含量。
Protein and amino acid of pollen are their important nutritional components, which are very abundant. The percentage of proein of pollen varies from 7% to 40 %, and that of amino acid in is 25 % or so. What ' s more, Among 18 kinds of amino acids, Pollen contains 8 kinds of amino acids, which are absolutely necessary to human body. The percentage of amacid of 35 kinds of familiar pollen in China have listed in the article, which were tested by the author and etc.'
