摘要
分别在4、5、6、7、8min混合时间各取10个样,以比色法测定各样本的铁含量,求变异系数,以确定卧式混合机混合预混料的最佳时间.结果表明4min的变异系数较高,没有达到预期的混合均匀度,最佳混合时间以5min为宜.
In order to determine the optimal mixed time of horixontal mixer, a trail was carried. In 4,5, 6, 7, and 8 minter of mixed time, 10 samples was taken, Fe content was determined separately by eolorimetry and coefficient of variation (CV) was calculated.The result show: the CV was highest in 4minter and didn't achieve expected uniformity degree,the optial mixed time was 5 minter.
