摘要 目的:探讨射频治疗仪治疗跖疣的临床疗效。方法:选择本院门诊跖疣患者120例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例。治疗组采用康普XVC-Ⅱ型皮肤射频治疗仪治疗,对照组采用CO2激光治疗仪治疗,治疗6个月后观察和记录皮损情况。结果:治疗组痊愈率为53.3%明显高于对照组的35.0%,比较差异有统计学意义(字2=4.07,P<0.05);治疗组有效率为78.3%明显高于对照组的55.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(字2=7.33,P<0.01)。且治疗组不良反应和复发率明显少于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义。结论:射频治疗跖疣,具有操作简便、无强光刺激、无刺鼻烟尘、止血功能好、损伤小、见效快、疗效肯定等优点,建议临床推广使用。 Objective: To investigated the clinical effects of radio frequency treatment of the verruca plantaris.Method: One hundred and twenty patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 60 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated by CommScope XVC- II radio frequency while the control group was given CO2 laser.The lesions of two groups were observed after 6 months.Result: The cured rate of the treatment group was 53.3%, it was higher than the control group ( 35.0% ), the difference was statistically significant between the groups ( X2=4.07, P〈0.05 ) ; The effect rate of treatment group was 78.3%, it was higher than the control group ( 55.0% ), and the difference was statistically significant between the groups (X2=7.33, P〈0.01 ) .The untoward effect rate and recurrence rate of the treatment group were less than the control group.Conclusion: The radio frequency treatment for verruca plantaris has the merits of simple operation, not stimulated by strong light, no pungent smoke, good hemostasis, Little injury, operate quickly, curative effect affirmation, is recommended for clinical application.
