细节护理在手术室护理中的应用

Clinical Analysis of Details Nursing in Operating Room Nursing

目的:探讨细节护理应用在手术室护理中的临床效果。方法:选取本院于2012年12月-2013年5月收治的110例患者为研究对象,并随机分为对照组和观察组各55例。对照组患者给予手术室常规护理,观察组患者接受手术室细节护理,比较两组患者的满意情况及精神状况。结果:对照组患者总抑郁焦虑比为87.3%,观察组患者总抑郁焦虑比为45.5%。对照组有29例患者对护理工作感觉不满意,观察组仅有6例患者感觉不满意。观察组患者的精神情况明显优于对照组,对护理工作的满意度大于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:细节护理在手术室护理中具有良好的护理效果,提高了护理质量以及患者对护理情况的满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective： To explore clinical effects of details nursing in operating room nursing.Method： One hundred and ten patients were randomly selected as research objects from December 2012 to May 2013 in the hospital, and randomly divided them into the control group and the observation group, 55 cases in each group.Patients in control group accepted normal nursing while in observation group accepted details nursing.The satisfaction and mental conditions of patients between the two groups were compared after operating.Result： The total ratio of depression and anxiety was 87.3% in control group while 45.5% !n observation group.Control group of 29 patients did not feel satisfied while observation group only 6 patients did not feel satisfied with nursing qualities.Compared to the control group, patients of observation group had a higher evaluation on nursing qualities, and their emotions had improved significantly （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： Details nursing in operating room nursing achieve excellent clinical effects what improve nursing qualities and satisfied rate of patients.It is worth popularizing.
