不同浓度碘伏液含漱预防大剂量甲氨蝶呤治疗儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病口腔溃疡的疗效分析

Effect of Mouthwash with Different Concentration of Iodine on Preventing Dental Ulcer after High-dose Methotrexate for Childhood Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia

目的:分析不同浓度碘伏液含漱预防大剂量甲氨蝶呤治疗儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病口腔溃疡的疗效。方法:将本院在2011年2月-2013年3月收治的80例使用大剂量甲氨蝶呤治疗儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病的患儿随机分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40),在一般常规治疗基础上观察组患者加用0.5%碘伏液含漱,对照组加用0.1%碘伏液含漱。结果:观察组口腔溃疡发生情况及溃疡愈合时间都显著地优于对照组患儿(P<0.05)。结论:0.5%碘伏液含漱预防大剂量甲氨蝶呤治疗儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病口腔溃疡疗效更确切,无明显副作用,值得临床推广。

Objective： To analyze the effect of mouthwash with different concentration of iodine on preventing dental ulcer after high-dose methotrexate for childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Method： 80 childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia treated by high-dose methotrexate in our hospital from February 2011 to March 2013 were randomly divided into observation group （ n=40 ） and control group （ n=40 ） . Observation group was given 0.5% iodine, and control group was given 0.1% iodine based on the general conventional method. Result： The dental ulcer happen rate and dental ulcer healing time in observation group were significant better than those in the open surgery group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： Mouthwash with different concentration of iodine can prevent exactly dental ulcer after hlgh-dose methotrexate for childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia, and has less side effect. It is worthy to be popularized.
