摘要
新世纪的检验医学已不再是传统的效率低、易出错的手工操作方式。随着近年来医院业务量的不断增大、实验室检验结果准确性的不断提高和各种先进设备的引进,手工的检验方法发展已经无法满足实验室硬件设备更新的速度,从而导致先进的检验设备无法发挥最大优势。取而代之的是信息化与自动化的检验流程。临床实验室信息系统(laboratory information system,LIS)日益被人们高度关注,使用LIS系统可以优化样本流程管理,实现实验室日常工作管理信息化,优化和规范了医院工作流程,降低出错率,大大提高了工作效率。
Laboratory medicine in new century is no longer a traditional inefficient, error-prone manual mode of operation. With the increasing volume of business, improvement of the accuracy laboratory test results and the introduction of variety of advanced equipments in recent years, the traditional manual testing methods have been unable to meet the speed of updating hardware devices, so the advanced testing equipments can not play the greatest advantage. Then, the information technology and automated inspection process get a great development. Clinical Laboratory Information System （ LIS ） is highly concerned by people. The LIS system can optimize the process management of samples, achieve informations management of laboratory, standardize the hospital workflow, reduce error rates and greatly improve the work efficiency.
