Treatment Experience of Senile Osteoporosis

目的：探讨阿法骨化醇、鲑鱼降钙素联合钙剂治疗老年性骨质疏松的疗效和安全性。方法：选择2009年1月-2012年12月本院收治的300例老年骨质疏松患者作为观察对象，随机分为治疗组165例和对照组135例，对照组给予钙尔奇D治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上给予阿法骨化醇及鲑鱼降钙素进行治疗，疗程6个月，观察两组骨疼痛改善、骨密度变化及不良反应情况。结果：治疗组总有效率为86．7％，明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组腰椎L2-4。及股骨颈骨密度测量后经统计学分析，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组患者均未发生严重不良反应。结论：阿法骨化醇、鲑鱼降钙素联合钙剂治疗老年性骨质疏松具有较好的疗效和安全性，值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To evaluate the efficacy and safety of alfacalcidol, salmon calcitonin combined with calcium in the treatment of senile osteoporosis. Method： 300 cases of elderly patients with osteoporosis from January 2009 to December 2012 in our hospital were selected as study objects, and were randomly divided into 165 cases in treatment group and 135 cases in control group, control group was given Caltrate D treatment, treatment group on the base of control group, were given alfacalcidol and salmon calcitonin treatment, the treatment course was 6 months, two groups were observed to in bone pain improvement, bone mineral density changes and adverse reactions.Result： The total effective rate of treatment gnmp was 86.7%, significantly higher than that in control group, there was significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）; lumbar spine and femoral neck BMD of L2-4 after statistical analysis, had significant difference（P〈0.05）; the patients in two groups were no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion： Alfacalcidol, salmon calcitonin combined calcium in the treatment of senile osteoporosis have the efficacy and safety, worthy of clinical application.
