摘要
目的:探讨白细胞分类计数中的中性粒细胞计数、中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞(NLR)、血清肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)在急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者的应用。方法:比较40例AMI患者与20例健康体检者的外周血标本血常规、CK-MB与hs-CRP,并作统计分析。结果:AMI患者组的白细胞计数为(11.20±3.79)×109/L,中性粒细胞计数为(8.78±3.65)×109/L,NLR为(6.74±0.64),CK-MB为(31.88±14.59)U/L、hs-CRP为(40.39±33.36)mg/L,与健康组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中性粒细胞计数、NLR、CK-MB与hs-CRP联合检测对AMI患者心肌炎症和损伤的有一定的提示作用。
Objective： To investigate applications that the leukocyte counts in neutrophil counts, neutrophil counts/lymphocyte counts radio （NLR）, creatine kinase （CK-MB）, hypersensitive C-reactive protein （hs-CRP） in patients with acute myocardial infarction （AMI） patients.Method： Compare 40 AMI patients and 20 cases of healthy physical examination of peripheral blood specimens of blood routine, CK-MB and hs-CRP, and statistical analysis.Result： Neutrophil count for a group of patie, ts with AMI （8.78±3.65） ×10^9/L, NLR was （6.74±0.64）, CK-MB was（31.88±14.59） U/L, hs-CRP was（40.39±33.36）mg/L, compared with the healthy group difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Neutrophil count, NLR, CK-MB with hs-CRP detection of myocardial inflammation and injury in patients with AMI has certain implications.
