摘要
通过对黄土高原地区雨水集蓄利用技术发展现状的全面分析 ,指出了目前该地区雨水集蓄利用技术推广应用中存在的主要问题 ,最后提出了发展本地区先进、高效。
Storing and utilizing rainwater is a key technique to ease drought, accelerate rainwater transform to resource and to ensure sustainable development of agriculture on Loess Plateau Region. With analyzing present situation of application of storing and utilizing rainwater techniques on Loess Plateau Region, existing problems in generalizing and applying of utilizing and storing rainwater techniques on the region are pointed out in this paper. Some practical countermeasures for developing the advanced, high efficiency and applicable techniques of storing and utilizing rainwater on Loess Plateau Region also are put forward.
