摘要
介绍了以花生蛋白粉为主要原料生产花生酸奶的工艺 ,并对产品进行了分析检验。检验证明 ,该产品含有人体所需的 8种必需氨基酸 ,各氨基酸之间配比较为合理 ,是一种较为理想的高蛋白乳酸饮料。
The technology for the production of acidified milk by using peanut protein powder as the main material was developed, and the products were tested. The results showed that the products contains 8 kinds of amino acid which are the must for human body development, and the ratio of the 8 kinds of amino acid is reasonable. Peanut milk will become a desirable drink with high protein.
