人才供求视角下我国普通高等教育艺术学科发展状况研究

A Survey of the Development of Artistic Disciplines in China's Institutions of Higher Learning from the Perspective of Talent Demand and Supply

普通高校扩招以来,艺术学科招生总规模快速发展,招生层次结构得到了较大优化。但通过对相关职业岗位及毕业生就业等情况进行分析,发现我国艺术学科存在招生总规模偏大,部分学科还存在专科层次应退出招生等问题。为此,需要教育行政部门采取宏观调控、各高校合理规划艺术学科的发展及"艺考热"相关群体理性看待艺术学专业考试等,引导艺术学科走健康发展的道路。

Since the enrollment expansion in China＇s general institutions of higher learning, the total enrollment in the artistic disciplines has likewise increased and the enrolment hierarchy optimized. But an analysis of relevant professional positions and the graduates＇ employment situation reveals that the total enrolment in our artistic disciplines far exceeds actual demand and in certain disciplines enrolment at the level of specialized colleges should stop. This calls for educational administrative agencies to exercise macro-control, universities to reasonably plan the development of their art disciplines and organizations involved in the ＂ craze for the matriculation examination in art＂ to take a rational attitude toward such examinations. Only in this way can art disciplines be guided onto a healthy path of development.
