摘要
本文基于2012年宁波市650位农民工储蓄行为的问卷调查,通过构建GMM估计和Logistic回归分析,从人力资本和就业状况视角对农民工储蓄行为的影响因素进行了实证研究。研究发现,人力资本和就业状况是影响农民工储蓄行为的重要因素,其中:性别、当前工作年限、家庭劳动力人数、家庭劳动力负担率及外出务工比例,对农民工储蓄水平具有显著影响;性别、年龄、受教育年限及收入水平,对农民工储蓄方式具有显著影响;而性别、年龄、受教育年限、原户籍所在地、家庭外出务工比例、收入水平、就业领域及就业方式,是影响农民工储蓄目的的重要变量。最后,文章在对结果进行解释后,提出了相应的政策建议。
Based on a survey of 650 migrant workers in Ningbo in 2012, this paper conducts empirical analysis on how human capital and employment status affect the saving behaviors of migrant workers by employing GMM estimations and a Logistic model. The results show that human capital and employment status arc of vital importance to the saving behaviors of migrant workers. Specifically, gender, years of working, family labor numbers, the burden of family and families'proportion of migrant workers have significant influence on the saving level of migrant workers; age, education and the income level are of vital importance to the choice of saving assets; tor the saving purposes, gender, age, education, the places of Hukou, the proportion of migrant workers in a family, income lev- el, industries and approaches of employment are of vital importance. Finally, this paper proposes some policy sug- gestions according to the results.
