摘要 分析传统QRS波检测算法的不足,针对移动心电监护系统对ECG信号的实时检测要求,结合ECG曲线的特征,提出一种复合滤波和改进的曲线特征点提取算法,并利用自适应阈值实现QRS波实时检测。经过对移动ECG信号进行测试,表明该算法具有较好的准确性及实用性,适合于移动心电监护系统QRS波实时检测与分析。 Based on the analysis of deficiencies in traditional QRS complexes detection algorithm, aiming at the real-time detection requirement of mobile ECG monitoring system on ECG signal, and in combination with the characteristics of ECG curve, we propose an algorithm of composite wave filter and improved curve feature point extraction, and use adaptive threshold to implement the real-time QRS complexes detection. By testing the mobile ECG signal, it is demonstrated that this algorithm is accurate and useful, and is suitable for real-time detection and analysis of QRS complex in mobile ECG monitoring system.
