摘要
在部门外包项目管理过程实践基础上,在分析外包项目实施过程中存在的主要问题的基础上,建立起基于CMMI框架下的量化的外包项目过程体系,包括:外包项目管理类型、生命周期、组织架构和各个阶段上的关键管理活动,以及外包商的评价方法等,并提出了外包项目过程能力成熟度模型。通过精细化和量化的外包项目管理,确保外包项目按时保质保量完成,实现对外包项目有效和高效的管理,达到甲方和外包方的双赢。
On the basis of the practice in outsourcing project management process of the department, and of analysing the principal problems existing in the implementation process of outsourcing project, we establish a CMMI framework-based quantified outsourcing project process system including the outsourcing project management types, the life cycle, the organisation structure and the key management activities in various phases, as well as the outsourcers evaluation method. We also put forward the process capability maturity model for outsourcing project. Through the refined and quantified outsourcing project management, the completion of outsourcing project can be ensured on time and with the guarantees in both quality and quantity, this realises the effective and efficient management on outsourcing project, and reaches win-win situation between the Party A and the contractor.
