装运镍矿散货船开发设计

摘要 散货运输对于镍矿的装载有比较大的市场需求,同时镍矿的特性而造成的运输安全问题已成为业界关注的热点。主要问题是镍矿运输过程中液化造成船舶稳性消失。分析了镍矿装载稳性的特点,在现有公约、船级社规范框架之内,针对镍矿运输提出了新的稳性考核手段,进行了相应的计算分析,提交船级社认可,最后针对新造船和旧船改造提出了不同的设计思路和解决方案。 There was a remarkable demand in the market for nickel loading in bulk carrier. The industry' s concern was the safety issue in transportation of nickel ore as the liquefaction of the cargo will result in the serious problem of stability. This article analyzed the character of stability from nickel loading and proposed new method of stability check and send to class for approval. All there calculations were based on the current Codes and Class rules. At last the paper presented some different designs and solutions for new building or reconstructing vessels respectively.
