摘要
介绍了船舶轴系校中的背景、分类及轴系合理校中的基本原理,并利用轴系校中理论,对于具体实例中遇到的首密封漏油问题做出了分析。首先通过中间轴承实际负荷来判断轴系校中的正确性,再将尾密封处的理论偏移量与实际安装情况进行对比,最终找出了尾密封漏油的根本原因,给出了指导性的解决方案,解决了实际问题。
This artiele first introduced the historical background of shaft alignment ,together with its categorization and basic principle. Based on an issue ofoil leakage in aft sealing on actual project,certain analysis was done as follow: firstly judged the correctness of shaft alignment installation through the actual loading of intermediate shaft bearing, secondly made comparison between theory offset and actual at the position of aft sealing and finally found the reasons. A solution was then provided and successfully solve the problem.
