安全返港的相关要求及对电气设计的影响

Analysis of the Requirement for the Safe Return to Port and the Influence on the Electrical Design

客船的安全性一直以来都受到国际海事组织关注。SOLAS修正案提出了很多涉及船舶安全的新要求。IMO第82届大会颁布的MSC.216(82)决议,对SOLAS II-1章和II-2章部分条款进行了修改,新增了"安全返港、有序撤离、安全中心"等内容,将对客船的总布置、机舱布置、动力系统、船舶系统和电气系统的设计产生重大影响。先对该决议提及的重要概念进行解析,再着重阐述了对客船电气系统设计的影响。

The safety of the passenger ship was always highly concerned by International Maritime Organization （IMO）. Resolution MSC.216 （82）, published on 82th session of IMO convention, included new amendments to chapter Ⅱ-1 and Ⅱ-2 of SOLAS. New regulations concerning ＂safe return to port＂, ＂orderly evacuation＂ and ＂safety centre＂ which influenced the design of the passenger ship greatly in general arrangement, engine room arrangement, machinery systems, ship＇s systems and electrical systems. This article analyzed the important concepts of above regulations and described the influence on the electrical systems design for the passenger vessel.
