摘要
通过系统试验验证了GB 18445—2012对涂层覆面材料、涂料用量、水固比、养护条件规定的必要性和科学性。试验结果表明,采用耐碱玻纤网格布作为覆面材料,易于操作且不影响测试结果;在一定范围内,涂料用量越大,去除涂层砂浆试件的抗渗压力和带涂层混凝土试件的第二次抗渗压力越大;拌合用水量越大,去除涂层砂浆试件的抗渗压力和带涂层混凝土试件第二次抗渗压力越小;养护环境越干燥,去除涂层砂浆试件的抗渗压力和带涂层混凝土试件第二次抗渗压力越小。该结果对水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料的现场施工质量监控具有重要指导意义。
It is verified by the following systematic experiments that the stipulations in GB 18445--2012 on facing material, dosage of CCCW, water-solid ratio and curing condition, are necessary and scientific. The results demonstrate that alkali resistant fiber glass mesh as facing material is easy to operate and has no negative impact on testing resuhs; within a certain range, permeability after removal of sample coat and second impermeable pressure rise with the increase of CCCW dosage; permeability after removal of sample coat and second impermeable pressure decline with the increase of the quantity of mixing water; permeability after removal of sample coat and second impermeable pressure decrease when the curing condition is drier. The abov.e conclusions have important guiding significance on site construction quality control of ccmentitious capillary crystalline waterproofing coating.
