摘要
为了制定突发性水污染事故应急方案,保障水库水质的安全,对水库水源地的污染源进行了分析识别。东风西沙水库水源区的污染源主要包括周边工业污染源、污水处理厂、航运船舶事故漏油、长江北支咸水倒灌等8项。在风险源识别的基础上,开展了水污染风险应急评估体系的研究,为制定突发性水污染事故应急方案打下了基础。
Due to located in the most active economy area, the water sources area of Dongfengxisha Reservoir is prone to be in- f/uenced by multiple sudden factors and potential water safety hazard exists, fn order to make emergency treatment solution for sudden water pollution accident and guarantee water safety, the identification of pollution sources in water sources area of the res- ervoir was conducted, and 8 pollution sources were identified including industry pollution, sewage treatment plant in surrounding area, vessel oil spill, saline water flow backward from north branch of the Yangtze River etc. On the basis of pollution sources identification, the emergency evaluation system on sudden water sources pollution was studied, which laid a foundation for making emergency treatment scheme in case of sudden water pollution accident.
