摘要
针对工业生产中常见的流化床锅炉进行了综合控制方案的设计与实施。选用西门子DCSPCS7进行基础过程控制系统实施,应用燃烧优化软件,完成优化控制方案实施。综合控制方案实施的结果表明:该方案能够保证流化床锅炉连续稳定运行,具备良好的节能效果。
The DCS PCS7-based integral control scheme for commonly-used fluidized bed boilers was designed and implemented.In application,the combustion optimization software in it can facilitate the implementation of optimal control scheme.The results show that this integrated control scheme can ensure a continuous running of the fluidized bed boiler along with a good energy-saving effect.
