摘要
基于单片机AT89S51设计了一种高精度数控直流稳压电源,数控部分采用12位高精度D/A转换器TLV5616控制稳压电路的输出电压;采用12位高精度A/D转换器TLC2543测量输出电压;采用矩阵式键盘作为电压的设定装置;采用LCD1602型液晶显示屏显示设定的电压和实际输出电压;电源以电压串联反馈式稳压电路为基础,并在系统中设计了过流保护电路。
The AT89S51 MCU-based high-precision and digital control DC stabilized power supply was designed.In digital control part,the 12-bit TLV5616 D/A converter regulates the voltage stabilizing circuit and the12-bit TLC2543 D/A converter controls the output voltage;for the convenience of operation,the matrix keyboard was used as voltage setting device and the LCD1602 was employed to display both setting voltage and actual output voltage;and regarding the power supply,the serial and feedback voltage circuit was based and over-current protection circuit was designed.
