摘要
为了探讨中草药党参和黄芪种植地土壤水浸液对小麦的化感作用,采用生物测定方法,研究了中草药党参和黄芪种植地土壤与水浸液为1∶2、1∶4、1∶8和1∶16 4个梯度处理对小麦种子萌发、幼苗生长及小麦幼苗中渗透调节物质的影响.结果表明:2种中药种植地土壤水浸液对受体小麦种子吸胀过程中相对吸水量的增加有抑制作用,抑制程度随药材种植地土壤水分浸液质量浓度的升高而增强;对小麦种子萌发和幼苗生长的化感效应在低质量浓度表现为化感促进作用,高质量浓度表现为化感抑制作用,对小麦幼苗渗透调节物质可溶性糖、丙二醛和游离脯氨酸含量都有显著影响.药材种植地土壤水浸液对小麦的化感效应由强到弱依次为:党参种植地土壤>党参和黄芪种植地土壤>黄芪种植地土壤.
In order to study allelopathy of aqueous extract from planting soil of C. pilosula and A. membranaceus, vat. mongolicus on T. aestivum, the effect of the different treating concentrations of aqueous extract, which was added in the sand of beaker experiment inside with the concentration of 1 : 2,1 : 4,1 : 8 and 1 :16 on seed germination and seedling growth of T.'aestivurn was studied by bioassay method. The results showed that aqueous extract inhibited seed relative imbibition increase in the volume of water, the seed ger- mination rate, germination index, seedling growth and the roots. The plant was firstly raised and then re- duced with the increase of aqueous extract concentration. The low concentration stimulated the synthesis of chlorop and pro ast pigments, but restrain for its high concentration. The content of dissolubility, malonaldehyde ine in the leaf was increased with the increase of aqueous extract concentration, Sense of allelopathic effects of T. aestivurn from the strong to weak as follows:Codonopsis pilosula 〉Codonopsis pilosula and A. membranaceus, var. mongolicus 〉 A. mernbranaceus, var. mongolicus.
