摘要
应用综合污染指数法和靶标危害系数法(THQ),测定了平凉市蔬菜重金属(铅和镉)含量并评估了重金属污染对人体健康的风险.结果表明:平凉市地产辣椒、胡萝卜、山药、马铃薯、番茄、甘蓝和黄瓜7种蔬菜重金属残留均符合无公害和绿色限量标准,芹菜和大白菜2个种类蔬菜仅符合无公害限量标准;通过蔬菜途径进入人体暴露接触的THQ铅值为0~0.238,THQ镉值为0~0.083,均小于1,表明平凉市地产蔬菜中重金属铅和镉及其复合污染对人体健康造成的危害风险不明显.
N. L. Nemerow synthetic pollution index method and target hazard quotients (THQ) were used to assess the human health risk exposed by lead and cadmium in vegetables. The results validated that the heavy metal content in vegetables, including the hot peppers, carrots, Chinese yam, potatoes, tomatoes, Chinese cabbages and cucumbers,accorded with the standard o[ harmless agricultural products and green vegetables, which in celery and Chinese cabbages merely accorded with the standard of harmless agricultur- al products. The lead level of THQ which by vegetables approach was 0-0. 238, the level of cadmium was 0-0. 083, the value of two index were both less than 1. The research indicated that the impact of the heavy metal, lead and cadmium and its combined pollution, to human was not obvious.
