摘要
采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定钼中铅含量.考察了原子化温度、原子化时间及基体干扰等因素,得到了最佳测定条件为:灰化温度1000℃、原子化温度1600℃、原子化时间2s、过氧化氢用量4~5 mL、硝酸介质浓度3% (v/v).检出限为1.33 ng/mL,特征浓度为1.52 ng/mL,回收率为100.0% ~ 110.0%.
Lead content in molybdenum was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.Atomization temperature,atomic time and matrix interference were studied.The best measurement condition is:ashing temperature 1 000 ℃,atomization temperature 1 600 ℃,atomization time 2 s,hydrogen peroxide dosage 4 to 5 mL and HNO3 medium concentration 3% (V/V).The detection limit is 1.33 ng/mL,characteristic concentration 1.52 ng/mL,and the recovery of 100.0% to 110.0%.
