首先分析了黑龙江垦区人才需求预测的方法,在此基础上提出了运用BP神经网络对其预测的可行性,通过BP神经网络方法的详细分析,得出了黑龙江垦区对人才的需求数,并结合实际情况进行了分析。

The approach to predict skilled personnel demand in Heilongjiang reclamation area was firstly analyzed,on the basis the feasibility of using BP neural network to predict was pi, oposed.The demand number of Heilongjiang reclamation area skilled personnel was obtained by learning algorithm of BP neural network, and was analyzed combined with practical situation.
