摘要
目的确定新药罗氟司特的结构。方法采用UV、IR、MS、1H-NMR和13C-NMR谱学数据对新药罗氟司特结构进行确证。结果首次利用二维核磁共振技术对新药罗氟司特的碳氢信号进行全归属。结论经谱学研究确证了新药罗氟司特的结构。
Objective To identify the structure of the new drug daliresp. Methods The structure of daliresp was identified by UV,IR,MS, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR. Results In this paper the 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR signals of daliresp were assigned for the first time by means of 2D NMR techniques. Conclusions The struc- ture of daliresp is identified by the spectral studies.
