近年来,随着普洱茶市场的升温,以普洱茶托管为目的的"茶叶银行"初现端倪,其具体运作类似于农产品托管中介服务。在此基础上,拓展到以银行的理念经营茶叶业务的机构出现,实现了茶叶产品的存储、托管、销售,并依托茶叶存储,实现产品的质押贷款,向茶叶经营者提供流动资金,实现了茶产业发展与担保公司、银行融合的新的金融仓储模式。文章全面梳理了"茶叶银行"这一新生事物出现的过程,界定了"茶叶银行"的概念范围,并探讨了其功能、风险控制及其未来发展前景。
In recent years, with the Pu'er tea market booming, the "Tea Bank" was appeared. In Tea Bank, Pu'er tea was under trusteeship and operated similar to the agricultural products trusteeship. On this basis, this institution developed the banking concept into tea business management, which has realized the tea product storage, trusteeship and sales. And it used the pledge loans to provide capital flow to the tea manager relying on the tea storage, which has achieved a new financial storage mode mixing industry development, bonding company and bank together. This paper studies the process of "Tea Bank', defining the conception, and exploring its function, risk control, and future development prospect.
