现代公司制度代理问题探讨

Discussion about the agency problem of modern corporation system

现代公司制度的基本特征是所有权和控制权的分离。因此必然产生“代理问题”。西方国家在成熟的市场经济中解决了代理问题。我国不能等待市场经济成熟后再解决这一问题。因此笔者提出 :1、强化国有资产监管 ;2、加强市场竞争环境建设。

The basic character of the modern corporation system is the division of the proprietary right and the control right.Therefore it is necessity to produce“agency problem.”In westen countries the ageney problem is solved in the mature market economy.The author thinks that in our country we should solve the problem before the market economy is matured.For this renson the author raises two points:1.Strengthen national capital's supervision and managemet.2.Strengthen the environmental construction of the market competition.
