当代中国体育政策的变迁与思考

The Changes and Transformation of Sports Policy in Contemporary China

从新中国成立之初全民健身方略的提出,到全民健身计划与奥运争光计划纲要的制定,我国体育政策经历多次调整。认为:作为文化强国的重要组成部分,竞技体育需要进一步保持和完善;同时,应促进群众体育与竞技体育的协同发展,真正实现我国由体育大国向体育强国的转变。

The sports policy has gone through the national fitness plan at the beginning of the establishment of PRC to the coexistence of national fitness plan with the plan of striving for Olympic glory. They are modified to keep up with the historical change in China. The study suggests that competitive sport, as one part of the construction of culture giant country, should be further maintained and improved. In the meanwhile, mass sport should be developed in coordination with competitive sport for the real realization of the sports giant country in China.
