全球化背景下的竞技体育强国评价研究——“性别无歧视”指标探析

Evaluation Criterion for a Competitive Sports Giant Country under the Background of Globalization—An Analysis of “Gender Nondiscrimination ” Indexes

利用德国帕特伯恩大学校园网,采用问卷调查、专家访谈、个案分析以及多输入加权优序图等研究方法,建立全球化背景下竞技体育强国的评价标准。以"性别无歧视"指标对国际公认的竞技体育强国和中国竞技体育现状进行研究,结果显示:"奥运金牌至上"的中国竞技体育发展战略不符合国际竞技体育强国的标准,竞技体育中性别差异投入较明显。

An evaluation criterion of ＂G ＋ 3S＂ for a sports giant country has been made by means of internet questionnaire, expert interview, case study and multiple-input weighted precedence chart under the background of globalization. Both the status quo and developments of competitive sports in sports giant countries and China have been studied with the help of ＂ Gender-nondiscrimination＂ indexes. The conclusion has been drawn that the concept of paramount Olympic gold medals in China does not fit in with the international standard toward a sports giant country. Moreover, a huge investment difference has been found in sport events with different genders.
