摘要
根据稠油热采工艺对配套隔热油管的具体要求,成功研制预应力真空隔热油管,使国内隔热油管隔热等级由原来的B、C级提高到D、E级,并能在长期高温高压注汽过程中保持优异的隔热性能和安全性能。通过结构设计、管材选用、强度校核、工艺改进等技术研究,开发了N80钢级系列隔热油管、深井开采隔热油管、海洋开采隔热油管、超高温高压隔热油管等系列产品,并进行了现场应用。产品在下井深度、抗内压、抗外挤等技术指标均填补了国内空白,产品技术和质量水平达到国际领先,现已投入工业化生产。
Based on the concrete requirements of heavy oil thermal production process on insulated tubing, Liaohe Thermal Recovery Machinery Manufacturing Company has successfully developed pre-stressed vacuum insulated tubing, making the grade of domestic insulated tubing rise to D and E from B and C. The new tubing has excellent insulation performance and safety performance during high temperature and high pressure gas injection process. With the technological research efforts for structural design, selection of tubular materials, verification of strength and improvement of process,the company has developed a series of N80 steel grade insulated tubing for deep-well production, offshore oil production and high-temperature and highpressure well production. The products were put into field application. They fill certain blanks in technological indexes, such as tripping-in depth, inner pressure resistance and outer pressure resistance. The products lead the world in technology and quality and now come under industrialization.
