摘要
为满足长输管道建设的需要,对传统的圆筒卧式管式加热炉进行了结构改进与技术优化,自主研发了八角型管式加热炉。介绍了该产品的作用与用途、工作原理、结构、主要技术参数、技术特点及现场应用情况,指出产品具有设计先进、单台热负荷大、升温速度快、热效率高、自动化程度高、安全可靠等特点。产品实现了系列化,已成功应用于国内外多个长输管道工程和油田工程,在长输原油管道市场占有较高的市场占有率。
Octagonal tubular heater was independently developed to meet the need for construction of long-distance pipelines and improve and optimize the structure of traditional horizontal tubular heater. This article introduces the usage, work principle, structure, main technical parameters, technical characteristics and field application of the product. Under a latest design, this product has a number of characteristics, such as high single-unit heat load,quick warming, high automation, and reliable safety. Turned out in a family, this product has been successfully used for a number of long-distance pipeline projects and oilfield engineering projects at home, taking a considerable share of long-distance crude pipeline market.
