摘要
随着对产品质量和可靠性要求日益提高,失效分析作为可靠性研究的重要方法已经成为一个研究热点。文中在对资源和情景分析理论研究的基础上,将其应用于失效分析中,构建了基于资源和情景分析的失效分析模板。模板在明确系统功能的基础上,对系统功能进行逐步分解并构建成功情景链。据此提出每一步骤的可能失效情景,并根据资源原则对其进行分析筛选,最后使用TRIZ冲突解决原理对无法去除资源的失效进行纠正、消除。将该模板在一种粒料压板装置的设计中进行应用,结果表明了该方法的有效性。
With the development of quality and reliability of products,failure analysis as an important research method has become a hotspot.But the resources in the failure analysis is researched infrequently.On the basis of the research on the theory of resources and scenario analysis,it is applied to the failure analysis and establishes failure analysis templates.Based on purpose of the function of the system.the template decomposes the function of the system and builds successful episodic chains.And it introduces possible failure scenarios of every step and they are studied and selected according to the resources principle.Finally the failure of the resources without removing is corrected and removed with using TRIZ's conflict solving principle.The template is applied in the design of a granular clamp device in papers,and the results show that the method has some practical application.
