摘要
车辆在行驶过程中产生的低频高强度振动会影响到驾乘的舒适性和操纵的安全性,驾驶员长期在振动的环境中工作容易引发职业性疾病,严重损害驾驶员的身心健康,甚至引起交通事故。改善车辆座椅的设计理念、降低振动传递、提高驾乘舒适性成为车辆座椅设计过程中亟待解决的问题。文中以人机工程学和振动舒适度为基础提出一种基于并联机构的多自由度减振座椅设计理念,为车辆座椅的人性化设计提供了理论参考。
Low frequency and high strength vibration generated from the process of vehicle driving will affect the driving comfort and handling safety.Long-time engagement in vibration operating environment would cause work-related symptoms,which might wreak havoc on the driver's mind and body seriously,and even result in traffic accidents.The improvement of designing philosophy of vehicle seat,reducing the vibration transmission and increasing ride comfort has become the urgent issue in the process of vehicle seat design.Based on the theory of ergonomics and vibration comfort,the paper comes up with a designing concept for a multi-degree of freedom vibration damping seat basing on parallel mechanism.The philosophy provides a theoretical reference for more humanized design principle of vehicle seat.
