摘要
随着双轴孔的应用与发展,验证公差选用和设计的合理性,对其配合状态进行定量分析显得十分必要。文中分别采用公差模型法和蒙特卡洛方法对构造模型进行了分析计算。并着重介绍了蒙特卡洛方法在分析配合概率时的应用。
With the application and progress of tolerance fit between double holes and shafts,it is necessary to validate the rationality of tolerance selection and design as well as quantitative analyses state of tolerance fit.This paper uses tolerance model and Monte Carlo methods for calculation of constructed model,presents emphatically the analytic applications of Monte Carlo method in probability tolerance fit.
