湿气对PCB的CAF测试结果影响,往往被大多数人忽视,本文详细研究了影响CAF测试的各种因数及测试结果状况,通过增加线路板烤板流程与改变包装条件基本解决湿气对绝缘性能的影响,从而使得CAF测试结果不因湿气而失效。

Moisture as the potential factor of influence PCB CAF test results is often ignored by most people. This paper studied the effects of various factors and the status of the test results of CAF test, by increasing the PCB baking plate process and changing the packaging conditions basically to solve the moisture influence on insulation performance, so as to make the CAF test results no failure influence by moisture.
