美托洛尔联合黛力新治疗女性更年期高血压疗效分析

Observation on the curative effect of Metoprolol combined with Deanxit in the treatment of female climacteric hypertension

目的:观察美托洛尔联合黛力新治疗女性更年期高血压的疗效及对患者生活质量的改善情况。方法:将90例患者随机分成对照组和治疗组各45例,对照组给予美托洛尔治疗,治疗组给予美托洛尔和黛力新治疗,8周后比较两组的疗效及生活质量改善情况。结果:治疗组总有效率及生活质量改善优于对照组,结论:黛力新联合美托洛尔治疗女性更年期高血压可提高降压的有效率、改善患者生活质量。

Objective：To observe the efficacy of Metoprolol combined with Deanxit in the treatment of female climacteric hypertension and influence on the quality of life of the patients. Methods：90 cases of female climacteric hypertension were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group（45 cases in each group）, the control group were treated by Metoprolol, the treatment group were treated by Metoprolol combined with Deanxit, 8 weeks after treatment, compared two groups of efficacy and the improvement of quality of life. Results ： The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of the control group, and the improvement of quality of life was better than that of the control group. Conc｜usion：Metoprolol combined with Deanxit for treatment of female climacteric hypertension can increase the antihypertensive efficiency,improve quality of life of the patients.
