肩关节脱位急诊旋转复位角度与不同固定方法特点分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨急诊肩关节脱位旋转复位的角度及不同固定方法的临床治疗效果。方法:将2012年1月至2013年2月来我院急诊的肩关节脱位患者64例按照随机分配原则分为观察组和对照组各32例。观察组采取内收内旋法治疗,对照组采取内收外旋法治疗,测量复位成功时两组患者肩关节的角度及旋转的角度;随访1年对比两组临床治疗效果。结果:对照组临床有效率显著低于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=24.50,P<0.01)。结论:对于肩关节脱位的急诊患者采取内收外旋法治疗,效果显著,且复发率低,有利于术后恢复,值得临床借鉴。
