The Development Trends and Inspirations of Information Infrastructure in International Securities Market

国际证券市场发展经验表明,建设安全可靠、共享式的信息化基础设施,有利于提升整个行业的信息化水平,提高市场运行效率,降低市场成本,从而促进市场的发展和创新,是行业信息系统的发展方向。通过研究国际证券市场信息化基础设施的发展趋势,我们得到这样几点启示:信息化公共基础设施建设需要统一协调和明确运营主体,证券市场发展离不开跨行业、跨市场的通信网络支持,信息化公共基础设施建设需要引导和整合,另外业务及技术创新需要建立相应的风控体系。根据上述启示,本文就我国证券市场信息化基础设施建设提出了相关建议。

The development experience of international securities market shows that building secure, reliable and sharable information infrastructure, which is the development direction of the industry＇s information system, facilitates enhancing the level of the whole industry＇s informatization, improving the market operating efficiency, reducing the market costs, thereby promoting the market innovation. By studying international securities market information infrastructure development trends, we conclude that information infrastructure construction requires unified coordination and operating principals, securities market development requires cross-industry and cross-market communication network supports, information infrastructure construction requires guidance and integration, and business or technical innovation requires building appropriate risk control system. In this paper, we present several proposals on China＇s securities market information infrastructure construction.
