摘要
为研究深井环境物理模拟系统的可靠性,根据系统中各子系统的运行情况,结合电子仪器设备的工作原理,构建该系统的故障模式与影响分析(FMEA)表。通过对深井环境物理模拟系统中各种故障模式进行多层次模糊综合评判,得到各模式对整个系统可靠性影响的排序结果。结果表明,气体浓度检测仪的测量数据不准、气体浓度调节阀损坏和加湿机故障对深井环境物理模拟系统的可靠性影响最大,而温湿度控制仪故障和噪声仪故障对整个系统的可靠性分别只有临界性危害和严重性危害。
To study reliability of a generalized physical simulation system of deep mine environment, according to the operation situation of each subsystem of system, combining the working principle of elec- tronic instruments and equipment, a FMEA table of system was established. Through multilevel fuzzy com- prehensive evaluation of various failure modes in system, sorting results of impacts of various failure modes on the system reliability were obtained. The results show that inaccurate measurement of gas concentration detector, damage of gas concentration regulator and failure of humidifier have a disastrous detrimental effect, a disastrous detrimental effect, and a serious detrimental effect on reliability of system respectively, and temperature, humidity and noise control instruments have only a critical detrimental effect, a critical detrimental effect, and a serious detrimental effect on reliability respectively.
