摘要
摘要本文结合E40高强度船板的性能使用特点,对成分控制、TMCP工艺、组织及性能等工艺技术方面进行了研究。通过前期试制研究,采用低碳成分设计,辅以Nb、Ti、V微合金化,适当添加Ni、Cu、Mo等合金元素,结合合理的TMCP工艺制度,成功开发出了综合机械性能良好,最大厚度为70mm的E40高强船板,顺利通过CCS、DNV、GL三国船级社型式认证。
This paper researched on the composition, TMCP technology, microstructure and properties of E40o Through the trial research, we used low-carbon composition combined with Nb, Ti, V micro-alloying and appropriate amount of Ni, Cu. We laid a reasonable TMCP process stipulation down, and successfully developed E40 grade high-strength ship plate, its mechanical properties is fine and stable, the thickness is up to 70mm. Finally, we got CCS, DNV, GL a pass to produce E40 ship plate,
