摘要
针对中间轴系统在传动过程中中间轴的失效问题,在Solidworks环境下建立中间轴系统的三维数字模型,并对其进行虚拟装配和干涉检查。应用ANSYS Workbench有限元静态分析方法,通过ANSYS求解器,分析出中间轴在正常工作状况下的应力云图和位移云图。研究结果表明:中间轴的应力主要集中在轴的边缘(与主动齿轮接触的地方),应力的大小和分布情况可直观地从后处理图中看出。此分析结果对采棉头中间轴的设计和校核有重要指导意义。
For the failures of the intermediate shaft in the transmission process, create a three-dimensional model of the intermediate shaft system and virtual assembly and interference checking in the Solidworks environment. Use finite ele- ment static analysis of the ANSYS Workbench, analysis of the stress cloud and displacement contours of the intermediate shaft under normal working conditions, the countershaft stress mainly concentrated in the edge of the shaft ( with the pin- ion gear of the contact), the size and distribution of the stress can be intuitively be seen from the post-processing fig,the results of the analysis have important guiding significance to the intermediate shaft design and check of cotton picker head.
