Analysisof Factors Affecting the Demand for Agricultural Machinery Insurance

农机保险是促进农业机械化发展的重要保障,然而目前农机保险还不为农民所熟知。为了更好地使其在农民中得到普及与推广,根据农机保险需求,对黑龙江省部分农户及农场进行了问卷调查和走访。在了解农机保险需求现状的基础上,基于调查数据,运用logit模型,分析得出影响农机保险需求的主要因素为农户的家庭收入、对保险公司的认可程度、农机保险了解程度、受教育水平和风险意识等5方面。在需求影响因素分析的基础上,结合农机保险需求现状,进一步在农机保险宣传、险种设计、定价与补贴等方面提出了相应建议,以期为农机保险能够在大范围内顺利推广提供参考借鉴。

The agricultural machinery insurance is an important guarantee to promote the development of agricultural mechanization, but it is currently not well known among farmers. In order to develop agricultural machinery insurance well among farmers, questionnaire survey and interviews were conducted on farmers and farms to investigate the demand for agricultural machinery insurance in Heilongjiang Province. Based on survey data, logit model is used to reveal the main factors to affect the demands for agricultural machinery insurance include farmers household income, acceptance of insurance companies, the understanding of agricultural machinery insurance, education level, and risk awareness. Ac- cording to the analysis of affecting factors and the current situation, the corresponding suggestions on conducting propa- ganda, designing insurance types, pricing and increasing subsidies of the agricultural machinery insurance, are put for- ward, which will provide significant references for promoting the smooth development of agricultural machinery insurance on a large scale.
