喷雾机喷头流量在线测量系统设计与试验

摘要 为实现精确喷雾,需要对各类喷雾机喷雾性能进行测试并校准。为此,设计了一套喷雾机喷头流量在线测量系统,可同时测量喷雾机主管道压力值和6个喷头流量值。药液由自制转换接头引流至流量传感器,由药液收集槽收集,流量传感器输出信号经处理模块处理后上传至上位机界面显示。试验时,针对ALBUZ-ATR80型喷头进行流量测量。结果表明,当压力为0.3~1.5MPa、流量为0.53~1.25L/m时,最大相对误差为4.40%;当压力为0.7 MPa、流量为0.83~0.91 L/m时,最大相对误差为3.88%。系统具有较高测量精度,操作方便,便于对各类喷雾机喷头流量进行测量与校准。 In order to achieve precise spraying, the spraying performance of the sprayer need to be measured and calibra- ted, this paper designsa nozzle flow online measuring system. The system can measure the pressure value of the main duct and the flow value of 6 nozzles. The pesticide is guided to flow sensor by the self-designed connectors and collected by the tanks. The signal exported by the flow sensor will be processed by the module , then be sent to the GUI. The ob- ject of the experiment is ALBUZ-ATR80 nozzle, and the results shows that as the pressure value ranged 0. 3 -1.5MPa, the maximum relative error of the flow value is 4.40% between the value of 0.53 -1.25L/m; and as the pressure value was 0.7 MPa, the maximum relative error of the flow value is 3.88% between the value of O. 83 -0.91L/m; the system has higher measuring accuracy, convenient operation, and facilitate the measurement and calibration of various types of nozzle flow.
